Hergla

The archaeological remains of Hergla, including its ancient warehouses and Roman baths, bear witness to the town's historical importance as a coastal settlement connected to Mediterranean trade. The warehouses were used for storing goods arriving by sea, while the baths illustrate the influence of Roman urban planning and public life. Together, these monuments provide valuable insight into the economic activity, architecture, and daily life that once flourished along Tunisia's eastern coast.

Lisbon - Carmo convent

The Carmo Convent is a historic religious complex in Lisbon, Portugal, founded in the 14th century. It was once one of the most important Gothic buildings in the city, reflecting the religious and architectural influence of the period. The convent was severely damaged during the 1755 Lisbon earthquake, leaving much of it in ruins. However, it was not the only structure affected by such disasters, as many buildings of that time were shaped by both natural events and the passage of history.
